When you invest, you're purchasing an Income Rights Agreement for a specific unit. This gives you the right to receive the net profits from that unit — the gross revenue minus operating expenses and a 10% management fee.
You do nothing. No managing guests, no dealing with maintenance, no late-night phone calls. You invest once, and the returns come to you.
We guarantee 1.5% monthly income on your investment, averaged over 12 months. If your unit underperforms, we reduce our management fee to bridge the gap. This means we only make money when you make money.
